| U.S. Navy / Western Steel. The damaged 65-ft boom for the 70 ton capacity crane on board the USS St. Louis personnel carrier was repaired using Meta-Lax Weld Conditioning. Straightness was maintained, as was quality, even while welding 25% faster. Navy inspectors were impressed. |
